How do I get quotations for my car?
Choose ‘Find a Mechanic For car’, create an account, and post your repair request. Add your location, a description and optional photos. Matching verified workshops can then send quotations for you to compare.
Can I browse repair jobs before signing up?
Yes. Choose ‘Find a car to fix’ to browse open repair ads. To send quotations, log in, complete your workshop profile and have your workshop verified.
Do I pay for the repair through AutoJGR?
No. You arrange payment directly with your chosen workshop. Read the quotation’s scope, price type and parts details before accepting, and agree any extra work with the workshop.
What information is visible in my repair ad?
Your repair title, description, vehicle and neighbourhood are public. Keep phone numbers, exact addresses and number plates out of the description. Photos are restricted to authorized users, and booking conversations are private.
Trouble signing in?
Use the same email you registered with. If confirmation is required, check your inbox and spam folder. Use “Forgot password?” on the login form to request a reset link. Never share your password or confirmation codes with anyone.
No quotations yet?
Make sure your request includes the correct city, service and a clear description. Quotations depend on matching workshops and availability; receiving a quotation is not guaranteed. Open requests expire after seven days.
