Never share passwords or login codes. Keep phone numbers, home addresses, registration plates and sensitive documents out of public descriptions. Check repair photos before uploading them.
Agree the work before it starts
Read the scope, price type and parts coverage. Confirm any inspection fee, extra work or change in price with the workshop. Keep the agreement in the booking conversation and retain receipts for direct payments.
Be accurate and respectful
Use truthful workshop details and repair descriptions. No harassment, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, fake reviews or fraudulent quotations. Review only work from your completed booking.
Report a concern
Email safeerahmedqureshi@gmail.com with the relevant request or booking reference, what happened and any relevant non-sensitive screenshots. Do not send passwords or financial credentials. AutoJGR is not an emergency or roadside-response service; use appropriate local emergency assistance when immediate help is needed.
