Using AutoJGR
These terms describe the current marketplace. Use it only if you can enter into a service agreement and have permission to arrange work on the vehicle or represent the workshop. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
Marketplace roles
AutoJGR provides tools for discovery, quotations, bookings, messaging and reviews. The selected workshop is responsible for carrying out the agreed repair. Customers and workshops arrange payment directly; AutoJGR does not currently collect repair payments or hold money in escrow.
Requests, quotations and bookings
Post accurate requests and avoid sensitive information in public descriptions. Workshops must complete verification before quoting. Quotations should explain the work, price type, parts coverage and appointment. An estimate may depend on inspection; agree changes with the customer before additional work.
Accepting a quotation creates a booking. Availability is subject to platform capacity checks. A quotation can expire or be withdrawn before acceptance. The current system permits one quotation per workshop per request; a submitted quotation cannot be edited.
Cancellations and concerns
Manage cancellations through the request or booking screen where available, and tell the other party promptly. A cancelled booking does not automatically reopen the request. For replacement offers, post a new request. See cancellations and payments for details.
For workmanship, pricing or payment concerns, first clarify the issue with the workshop and keep relevant booking records. You can also contact safeerahmedqureshi@gmail.com about platform access or misuse. We do not promise automatic refunds or adjudication of every dispute.
Content and responsible use
Only upload content you are allowed to share. Give AutoJGR permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the marketplace. Do not post deceptive requests, impersonate others, harass users, submit fraudulent quotations or attempt to access another person’s private records.
Reviews should describe an actual completed booking. Sample ads and quotation previews are illustrative and cannot form a real booking.
Service limits
Verification does not guarantee workmanship, availability or a particular result. Platform availability and features may change. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
